M_Nyte_Templar saidSorry for taking so long to answer this.
You need to delete the TItan.lua from the SavedVariables folder.
Thanks for using Titan Panel.

Jaddz saidHello, please help. One annoying thing I realized with the new Titan Panel 3.2.7.20400 is that I rebuilt my UI so deleted all the WTF/Interface/Cache folders and the new Titan Panel addon is showing only the top bar after install. In the past is showed both top and bottom bars for me, but now I have to set it back (included the gold/bags/durab/etc. stuffs too) at each of my characters.
So my question is:
Is there any way to change a variable or do something in a config file to set it back as in the earlier versions, showing both bars defaultly at every character?
Would be very kind, waiting for some help, thank you!

M_Nyte_Templar saidJaddz, use Titan's right-click menu to set up Titan the way you want for one toon. When you load a different toon, use Titan's right-click menu to transfer the other toon's Profile to this one. Repeat for each toon.
This is covered in the TitanPanelSetup-READ_ME_FIRST.txt file included with every version of Titan.
And thanks for using Titan Panel.

M_Nyte_Templar saidTitan doesn't add skins to the Blizzard UI. The Skins option in Titan is only for the Titan Bar.

M_Nyte_Templar saidThe Titan Panel download contains a Titan folder (the Titan bar addon itself) and many other folders, one for each of the built-in addons that plug into it. All of these folders must be in the AddOns folder.
Look in your ..Interface/AddOns folder. It should contain the following folders:
BonusScanner, Titan, TitanAmmo, TitanBag, TitanClock, TitanCoords, TitanGoldTracker, TitanHonor, TitanItemBonuses, TitanLootType, TitanPerformance, TitanRegen, TitanRepair, TitanRider, TitanStanceSets, TitanXP, and WeaponQuickSwap. It should also contain two .txt files.
If these folders and files are not there, copy them from your MyMods folder.
If these folders are there but in another folder (not directly in the AddOns folder), then remove them from that folder and place them in AddOns. Then delete that unnecessary folder.
This is the correct path and the panel will display: ..Interface/AddOns/Titan and ..Interface/AddOns/TitanAmmo, etc.
But this is an incorrect path and the panel won't display: ..Interface/AddOns/[SomeOtherFolder]/Titan and ..Interface/AddOns/[SomeOtherFolder]/TitanAmmo, etc.
Hope this helps.

Jaxsur saidIf you moved the "My Mods" folder into Addons, that won't work...you need to copy each folder in My Mods to Addons. There should be no "My Mods" in your Addons folder. Or you could just use the curse client, and not have to mess with any of it...

M_Nyte_Templar saidThey cannot be in one compact folder -- they MUST be only in the AddOns folder. Move them from the compact folder into AddOns.

Lethosos saidHere's the quick and easy way to seperate your skins from the built-in list. I do these changes to keep any updates from overwriting the inital texture listing and allow any texture artists to just keep an updated LUA file included with their files.
Files: TitanPanel.lua, TitanPanel.xml, Localization.lua
New Files: TitanTexturesCustom.lua
Titanpanel.lua
---
Find the function TitanPanel_MainMenu.
Add under the texture settings options menu settings this code:
-- custom texture settings option menu
info = {};
info.text = TITAN_PANEL_MENU_CUSTOM_TEXTURE_SETTINGS;
info.value = "CustomSkinSettings";
info.hasArrow = 1;
UIDropDownMenu_AddButton(info);
Under that, in function TitanPanel_OptionsMenu, add under the END case for the IF statement "SkinSettings" this code:
if ( UIDROPDOWNMENU_MENU_VALUE == "CustomSkinSettings" ) then
for i,e in pairs(TITAN_AUX_CUSTOM_TEXTURES) do
info.text = e.name;
info.value = e.path;
info.func = TitanPanel_SetCustomTexture;
info.checked = TitanPanel_istexture(e.path);
UIDropDownMenu_AddButton(info,UIDROPDOWNMENU_MENU_LEVEL);
if e.path == "Interface\\AddOns\\Titan\\Artwork\\Custom\\" then
TitanPanelRightClickMenu_AddSpacer(UIDROPDOWNMENU_MENU_LEVEL);
TitanPanelRightClickMenu_AddTitle(TITAN_PANEL_MENU_SKINS, UIDROPDOWNMENU_MENU_LEVEL);
end
end
end
TitanPanel.xml
---
Add <Script file="TitanTextureCustom.lua"/> under the script call for TitanTexture.lua.
Localization.lua
---
Add this to the PANEL_MENU list:
TITAN_PANEL_MENU_CUSTOM_TEXTURE_SETTINGS = "Custom Skins";
TitanTexturesCustom.lua
--
Copy TitanTexture.lua and rename it TitanTexturesCustom.lua.
Change TITAN_CUSTOM_TEXTURES to TITAN_AUX_CUSTOM_TEXTURES.
Clear and populate the list with your custom textures.
Optional: Create a Custom folder in Titan\Artwork and add Custom\\ to the end of the paths in the list for every new texture you add. Don't forget to put the new textures in the Custom folder!

Tristanian saidNice "hack" ;) but ultimately you have a point, ideally Titan built-in textures should be kept separate from custom ones. At some point when we are done with some other changes we will include this functionality, natively.

Lethosos saidIdealistically, building it to allow seperate multiple LUA lists would be the optimal solution, as the only code-change on the player's side would be listing the new file somewhere in the Titan code.
But since I find most panels by other artists somewhat ugly, it's a moot point for myself. (Must remember to find the extra stuff I have and upload the lastest "build" to my art project.)
